The global private equity (PE) market is developed early and quickly, almost 200 years along with the capitalist society. Last year the PE funding of US enterprises amounted to $160 billion, which exceeded IPO funding for the first time by $150 billion.
Since the year before last when Carlyle Group bought Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
